I think I’ll take a break after we break it. I’ll do the push-ups that are included in my training for now. I just started a new 12 week interval. So far, in Monday and Wednesday upper body, there are none. Maybe Friday. We’ll see

It’s a bit boring but consistency is key and if you want to do more push-ups, you have to do more push-ups 😂
