Umm, what? Stallman invented Linux?

Linux kernel was created by Linus Torvalds in 1991, Helsinki Finland. Hence the name Linux. He also came up with the mascot, Tux the penguin.

I think it's a fair statement. Stallman made everything except the kernel. Linus put the keystone in place but Stallman built the arch.

That’s like saying, if you make a foundation of anything (in this case GNU), you can claim everything built on that as your own personal invention. Fair or retarded? I think it’s fucking retarded.
