Next week I have 7 talks (not the same ones!), two panel discussions, three book signings, and along with that I'm recording three podcasts and organizing a Cypherpunk meetup.

My only stimulant is caffeine, but I want to squeeze in some sauna and massage. And of course meditation. Thankfully, it's only 9 days of this craziness.

Great that you count with meditation for such a week! 👍(Plus pausing with micromeditations like feeling the feet or 1 mindful breath when it gers too intense? 🤓)

I meditate daily for several years now. So that is not optional :).

Well, I can't, that's what I wanted to solve - learn what's cool in a time effective way.
