Isn't UBI financing basically creating inflation that causes unaffordable rent?

No. It's caused by people with higher incomes wanting more of a limited supply of housing and property owners capitalizing on the demand by raising rent.

“Rent seeking behaviour”

Sorry Annie--but also not true.

It sounds good to "blame the rich" but it's simply not he case.

The increase in rents you're seeing now are directly related to inflation, which is secondary to money printing by the government, in order to fund the entitlements needed to purchase votes.

End the entitlements--end the money printing--and housing becomes affordable.

(Not trying to be argumentative--only pointing out the economic factors in play)

you're a fucking idiot.

feel free to ask me why.

you're talking to a vegan with purple hair.

he thinks men are equal to women and to cows and chickens.

good luck explaining to him how some people do not deserve to have things other people have.
