I don’t know. I just eat till I’m full

I eat until I feel full every time. Once every 48 hours if I start getting fat. 😁 #OMAD
This is the way. I tend to have a few two a days whenever the body demands it. Landed on one a day just by paying attention to how my body felt. It knows best.
