Good points for sure. As long as people are speaking to each other respectfully I think all forms of genuine expression add value.

All feelings are valuable. They provide the fuel to take action. Sometimes the chosen action makes the situation worse and sometimes better.

Good Vibes Only can be a constructive way to get out of negativity cycles, but I've often seen it turn in to a tool for avoidance. My current project is learning to empathize with myself and anyone else regardless of the state they are in.

Easier said than done 🙂
