The Linux laptops like system 76 have battery issues! Could be the GPU draining the battery or the build quality in general. Apple still is the gold standard in user experience. 🤷

I have a System 76, never experienced this issue.
Maybe it was the GPU then that was draining the battery life
Possibly. I will say, I've only had my system 76 laptop for about a year, so maybe the batteries they use degrade after some time but I haven't reached it yet. But that would be the case for any battery, they're not meant to last forever.
