Wow, I was also a ranger gnome the one time I played DnD.
Is this a desktop application, web-based?
For this setup we are using a combination of Roll 20 and DND Beyond (both browser based) with browser extension for crossover.
Fuck that. Use FoundryVTT and Pathfinder 2e module.
I personally use Fantasy Grounds when I DM. Its great for auto rolling situational, concentration, handling effects, turn countdowns, hyperlinking, maps, and built in notes
