Yes, only creators can post to the creator page though.
Creator page still has a lot of work to go. Classic nostr style, we are building the plane as we fly it, the good news is you can provide feedback!
When complete, the Creators page will have a title, overview you can add, your wallet for tips, and a whole new look and feel (new website coming soon!)
