My best advice for losing weight. Just Eat Real Food, look at labels, real meals have few ingredients, meal prep is fine but its more important to make sure you have these foods on hand. If you dont have "time" to cook, instapot and slow cookers are great. Stay active, get good sleep, try and fast some. Have lost 30ish pounds so far since the start of the year basically doing this. I still have a bunch more to go to hit my goal but literally it's the best I have felt in years. Lifestyle change, not diets
