It is true in Russia and Ukraine. Yes, some of the kike oligarchs left. There are still others in Russia, and non-kike oligarchs too. Ukraine also has oligarchic influence, although IDK about what their authority structure is like since the war started. Maybe the military/ govt has told them all to fall in line or die. I haven't heard much of Kolomoysky since the war broke out.
