I quit coffee for a few months but recently I have been drinking 2-3 cups a day this summer.

I cant get enough of it. Just wondering if there is a dosage that actually benefit physical health. Or I am just trying to make an excuse for my new coffee addiction lol.

Initially I went way way overboard with coffee. One cup in the morning I found best and no more after.

Yeh I need to that also save me some money as well.
