What nostr needs is more and more diverse userbase. Without a freemium version there is no way any bigger publisher is gonna check this out.
I think it'd be cool for primal to charge based on a percentage of zaps over a 30 day period. The flat fee is highly prohibitive for such a small protocol
Flat fee might actually be less prohibitive for nonprofits with all the rules around how they have to math their budgets
High value clientele will also be comforted by the overpriced price, it's what they're used to
Idk if Primal is doing good marketing or going bankrupt, but I can see it being good marketing here
I'd love to do regular content I have had some ideas for a while but I don't think I can get $69 worth of zaps to even break even on that price model.
