Thanks David! Gratins are my favorite way to use veg in the summer. Chicken was still good! Would like to try again for sure though.

Potato and whatnot? I’ve never made a winter one. I’ll give it a shot.
Potato, leeks, parsnips. You can really do almost anything. Cabbage might be my favorite gratin.
Definitely trying this in a few months.
