Wee dram of Ardbeg 10 (Islay) to polish off a great day. Pairs nicely with General white snus. 🤙🏼

Didn't know this, thanks! I am home, though. Or would it still apply? Better pour just one more drop and get to the bottom of this...🧐😏

tell me your reformed without telling me your reformed 🤣

Next to me right now...LOL

I appreciate Beekes work on the Puritans and family worship, and I see Westminster down there lol, the rest of these, not familiar with. If i remember correctly, Covenant Children doctrine is the idea that children are elect according to the promises of raising them in the nurture and admonition of the Lord and their baptism? I remember presbs emphasized baptism more thoroughly than the credo position. Im sure its much more in depth than that, its been a while

Close! But covenant and election are non-concentric.

See my blog post, [The Beauty of 'Oikobaptism'](https://wp.me/prBq4-8n). The term 'oikobaptism' means baptism of households - from [A Better Case for "Infant Baptism"](https://opc.org/nh.html?article_id=545) article by Bill Shishko (OPC).

"As for me *and my house* we shall serve the Lord." 🤙🏼

Gotcha, I think I was misunderstanding the connection placed on the effect of baptism in the process, such a tricky subject in protestant theology. My last exposure to the argument was "A Thousand Generations" by DWilson. I have that ebook saved in my reformed folder lol:
