What's the current state of the NIP/art for storing HTML as a Nostr event?

A cursory glance looks like NIP-96 could be abused to store a .mhtml archive. And then clients could render those in iframes or something maybe.
There's this proposal to serve a static site from a blossom server: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1538
I'm still running an older vers of hostr but blossoms will be great. 5394, 93, 92 and so on...
