Thanks. I started feeling this pain yesterday at the gym.

Oh shoot! Did you pull a muscle ๐Ÿ’ช? All I know is whenever I have pain in my back especially if itโ€™s lower back pain, I do 10 squats using good form and it straightens me right up. Also, water, water, water! .5 ozs per pound of body weight a day!
