Thanks. I started feeling this pain yesterday at the gym.
Oh shoot! Did you pull a muscle πͺ? All I know is whenever I have pain in my back especially if itβs lower back pain, I do 10 squats using good form and it straightens me right up. Also, water, water, water! .5 ozs per pound of body weight a day!
No meds. Just rolling with it and in the evening some stretching.
And in the meantime thinking where it could have originated from.

Years ago, when I started weight training, back pain went away. Specifically exercises for the back really help

depends where on the back. are you feeling a dehydration hey! whine-ache from your kidneys? do you need a legs-up on a wall lower back stretch? so many try-first before meds options. my fav remedy: tunes and joyful dancing, dumbbells optional. lift your mood, see how/if that helps!
