It is well-known. I also do that with people. I link the people I meet with songs. It's a great way to exercise your memory palace.

I wish I had thought of this when travelling throughout Italy. I heard so many beautiful songs. A few I have videos of the songs playing in the background although any uber ride I was busy navigating and finding the exact location and drop off place on the map to be efficient. Next time I’d like to be the one to just hop in and enjoy the ride instead of being the planner and executer lol
