Finally got a chance to try spendit.finance for myself, and while I can confirm that it works, there are several caveats.

The UI/UX is pretty shit. Up to paying the XMR for the prepaid card it's okay...they even were willing to send confirmation mails to a disposable GuerillaMail address without hassle...but from there you get redirected to a third party site to punch in a verification code, and that page gets real fussy about scriptblockers and VPNs. CoinDebit did this shit 100x better by keeping card info/access entirely on-site.

Bottom line, it does work...the card paid for some shit, but it was a clunky experience and I have a hard time recommending it unless you're in desperate need of a one-off credit card to pay for something online.

And don't like KYC, lol.

It was No KYC in the most technical sense, though the third party site not liking VPNs is a big ding against that.

Of course, using a prepaid Visa for almost anything requires inputting some kind of PII (unless you lie, of course, but that would be bad mmkay)
