If I were to market Nostr, I wouldn't mention any specific apps.
The protocol is the product.
Id argue that the Note scheme is the product. Most of the rest is only transport layer and doesn’t really scale yet.

Indeed they did make a mistake there. The proper way is to modularize it further.
