Slow roasted at about 80c with a bit of oregano and seasoning. Really good on top of grilled goats cheese.

And growing tomatoes is awesome too. Tiny effort huge reward! Every summer we need to stop eating tomatoes at a certain point, because we don’t want em anymore, then we’re putting them in glasses for winter 😀
