From an analytics perspective, you wont necessarily see who is reading your notes, but can certainly automate the process of identifying npubs that have replied, reacted, zapped or otherwise referenced your notes.
Not necessarily a NIP, but can be scripted as a process to produce reports.

I was just wondering what the reach of the note was, if maybe some paid relays I bought recently had any effect at all in the reach of my notes.
It seems to me that reach is going to be the biggest problem here on Nostr.
Maybe the massadoption in the bullmarket can change that and the larger network will be more stable, is that right?
But I also see an option that we can’t handl mass-adoption for now yet.
