You can have all the money in the world and buy the latest and greatest exotic cars, but if that's your taste, I'm not impressed.
The guy who owns a hairdresser's Miata and an Impreza 22B STI or even just a Blobeye or Hawkeye STI has taste and I'd be impressed.
I once had a coworker that loved them. I don"t get the fascination with those.
I love my NA miata. Sat at a light with my wife on date night and a brand new 2 door loaded AMG convertible pulled up next to us with a couple in it. Told my wife I couldn't see any universe where they were having 30x as much fun as us even though that is probably what they paid.
