😏 Lol. My personal experience with creatine is my source. And I didn't mean red meat or chicken when I said natural meat. I eat mostly fruits and veggies, along with some fish about twice a week. I love a good salmon filet or tuna steak. There is no "one size fits all" diet.

Fair enough. Goals, allergies, etc. are going to be different for everyone. From the sound of it,

And meat is very expensive. Fruits and veggies are not. That's why I only eat fish about twice a week. I can keep alot of it in my freezer for a long time, therefore reducing the need for spending.
