I don’t. Just buy what I absolutely need without a thought. And don’t buy anything I don’t absolutely need.
Now, the wife is a bit different. She just buys things we don’t need.

I suppose I could just a monthly self-audit of all my accounts and monitor the net outcome instead of tracking everything all the time 🤷♂️
