It depends on what I want. I'll buy from HL, Joann's (RIP), Michaels and Walmart for projects that need easy care and hard wearing DK or worsted yarns. For natural yarns and lighter (sock weight), I tend to go online like Knitpicks, Hobbii or Webs.
