To sign out: go to home tab, tap on your profile at the top left, then tap the elipses to see all accounts, swipe on the account you want to sign out
so when tap the trash icon it sez "yes delete account", means delete my account from the app not "completely" delete my account right?
I don’t think so! If you don’t wanna use an app anymore u can simply delete the app, not the account!

I will probably change the delete/sign out flow and explanations a bit because nostr is different from what people are used to.
The account (key) is stored on your device, in the app. When you delete it its really deleted from the app but your published profile and posts are still online, but you can no longer change your profile or post anything new, unless you also have your account (key) still in another app.

I just deleted the app
