Is El Salvador bending a knee to KYC, AML with this IMF loan? Seems fishy to me, have they got Bukele over a barrel?

Its really difficult to at this point as there are conclifting reports from the parties involved and the agreement still needs a blessing from the IMF's board sometime early next year to the best of my knowledge. We'll have to wait and see
