Thanks Node. Got my ass handed to me the the group ride last week and I have to buckle down. 🤘 can’t be the one getting dropped on the ride.

Yeha they are! My favorite are the long zone 2 / zone 3. Where the suffer fest happens.
Being able to hold zone 2 for a long time is surprisingly difficult. I find intervals are easier. I guess the constant change of pace
