I'm in my 40s and baseball lost me in the late 90s. Such a shitty slow game that felt like a MASSIVE waste of time. Football is nearly as bad with the nonstop commercial breaks.

Bot in baseball "defense" it took 20 years, but the game is faster now, the pitch clock helped a lot

In NFL i totally agree, they are in the expansion phase gaining a lot of ground, but the game is hard to follow sometimes we all the brakes.
