Are you not able to simply change back in Primal or Amethyst?

At least you didn't loose your follows!

Try restoring using metadata.nostr.com

Seemed to be highlighter. Don't think it wiped follows, just profile info

No worries, just had a moment where I thought everything was wiped 😅
