I saw something similar the other day except it was a wiener dog on a guy's back and his ears were flapping in the wind lol
Did he toss them over his shoulder like a continental solider?

lol I did not witness that but the dog had goggles and a vest on. srsly so cute. the looooongest ears just flapping away. the guy was on a road bike hunched over so prob doing 20 mph bc slightly downhill. it was impressive.
