Yes, and ultimately, any action that steals another's property (their life, sexual choice, possessions, free will choice, peacefully domicile, bodily integrity, full information) by way of violence is IMMORAL and NOT a right. And we have every right to stop with force up to deadly force to end the violence started by the other.
