When I need a wheelbarrow of money to buy the wheelbarrow I need for my money.
Wheelbarrow be expensive
When prices pump faster than business owners can keep up with changing them.

I lean towards the (old?) official definition. I think that's 50% per month.
But CPI is a garbage metric, so... 🤷
