so, to use xcode with macos, you basically have to indirectly KYC yourself using your credit card.
all you freedom tech fans who use and build apple, you got quite a blind spot there.

their policy won't let me do this unless i go open a bank account here, which involves complications involving my address which i can't register, because of the arrangement of my living situation.
just another thing i can't do because i refuse to open myself up to easy surveillance.

if someone wants to help me out with access to a non-admin user on a mac SSH terminal, i can do this, but otherwise, sorry, not sorry, i'm literally unable to install xcode. apple firewalls it at their donload servers, and probably the apps themselves snitch on me as well.
