Is there a limit as to the size of videos that I can post here?

depends on the service you / your client is using. If your file is to large you could upload it to satellite.earth's CDN. 1GB cloud storage is about 167 sats. Then just drop the files link into your note and you're set. https://satellite.earth/cdn

You can use Alby or the nos2x extension to hold your nsec then when you want to log in to Nostr based services the log in process is really simple, just click and authorise

there's a bug currently unfortunately

i havent been able to login to new nostr websites for weeks now (this is bc of chrome or kiwibrowser together w alby)

not good for nostr

I'm not a fan of pasting private keys into websites.

As suggested by Matt, setup a lightning wallet (Alby, WalletOfSatoshi, nos2x) and authenticate with that. After authenticating you'll be able to buy a few GB of storage to upload your files.
