I just collect the tallow after cooking a big meet and remelt it + filtering with a coffee filter. Then, traight to the fridge.

It is white and clean, super nice for cooking steak

Hacé la prueba una vez, es un camino de ida. Queda blanco perfecto después de meterlo a la heladera
