Dry. Didn’t take into account that the traeger is essentially a convection oven.
The biggest thing I miss about TX is legit crawfish etoufée. But man, those ribs look like they’ll just fall off. 😋

Traeger's are convection ovens and I forgot to put a small pan of water in the chamber which I used to do anyway. That's what happens when you don't BBQ for 3 years.
