Strange, because in nostr:nprofile1qqsgv975dd0wlfsaqav4j9wqj6seh8rtk4vsnen7534y936lv8x6uhg5054nh client is private and I think should be private.

Or at least should have an option to mute in a public or private mode.

Some users may not want to share their muted list. May cause trouble
