Nominal definition: someone who believes that the interests of individual sovereign nation-states must be subordinated to the interests of a global order of expert problem-solvers in order to best address what they perceive as the existential issues facing humanity today.

Conspiratorial definition: the people who have the most to lose when the plebs realize that the entire system is bankrupt and running on fumes.

Someone who believes we need to be ready to defend earth against our galactic enemies.
