What I have noticed is that people have zero capacity for nuance now. They treat major figures like they and everything they do is either entirely good or entirely evil and then project that onto others.

“Hey, it was a good idea for Putin to keep out the globalist financial canal”

“You must support the invasion of Ukraine, Putin worshipper”

“Hey, I’m glad trump is cracking down on illegal immigration.”

“Stop sucking trump’s nuts. You should to ask daddy trump about his project warp speed”.

Yes, I’m aware of the project. I can call him wrong on one thing and right on another. They are not contradictory stances. Individual people can and do make a mix of wrong and right moves.

They also apply this retroactively.

“I love that Jack Dorsey is focusing on Nostr and decentralized infrastructure like bitchat.”

You got one camp that will invent conspiracies and say that his hand in the centralized Twitter censorship means anything he is doing now is some sort of conspiracy. Then there is another camp that treats Jack Dorsey like some god saint of freedom and decentralization while totally ignoring and/or whitewashing the stain that is Twitter from his past.

It’s like people can’t be objective and can’t just be objective and say “jack did wrong then. He is doing better now. But I will trust but verify out of an abundance of caution and his past track record.”

Zarko, is not your friend.

They are on a different level with all the connections and wealth we normies can't stand a chance, but I like it that way. I don't like to be exposed, I don't like meetings and shaking hands, I don't like having all eyes on me etc...

Among all you mentioned I consider Jack a good person in general. Or I might see him as like-minded.

But anyway 👇

Don't trust! Verify!
