It’s because Muun isn’t a real lightning wallet. Their trade off where you can move your balance on-chain or via Lnd network is that every transaction basically initiates an on-chain transaction. When you send to a lightning address they use their lightning node. You’re essentially paying the on-chain fees, that’s why it’s so high.

Thanks. Whatever happened, that one experience made me not ever want to use Muun again.
