Been doing this too and largely the same issues/reaction from my family.

Oddly I got my blood tests after 25 days zero carb, mostly steak, and they were worse!

So I’m back to steak only 2-4x per week and some fruit/veg again. Finding what’s healthy is very individual. Really thought I’d ace those blood tests too.

interesting about the blood tests. That seems like a minefield in itself since not everyone agrees which elements changing are "bad". What specifically did you measure that got worse?

I've promised my wife I'd do a before and after test too, but then will need to argue why, for example, an increase in total cholesterol isn't necessarily bad.

I had that, but agree total cholesterol doesn’t matter. Just a crazy increase in triglycerides, lower HDL and even increased HBA1C despite not having any sugar for 25 days. Was bizarre.
