Those are good choices.
* For the domain, do you want a privacy domain (paid with Monero or BTC)
* Editor: Obsedian but Notepad++ works well for html + css too.
* Hostr: Depends on your needs. You could spin up a small instance with lnvps .net or host with Cloudflare, Hetzner or any other provider.

IDE: I would like to be able to get help from AI for my code, but without it doing everything for me.
Hosting: I want a backend and a front end with multiple environments.

Not sure about the domain topics, but for the code editor I’d also go with VS Code, as it can be enhanced with a range of plugins and eventually connected with other platforms, design boards (especially if you’re coding for FE.)
best is subjective imo. choose what works for you. for me (i focus on the code and not managing servers, i don't mind paying in fiat):
- squarespace or namecheap for domains, cheap and quick
- Zed editor is goated but you can't go wrong with VSCode
- host on Vercel, it's expensive but very simple and has a free tier. i recommend netlify too, similar features

I’ll toss in my faves like others have, but like others have said, there’s no “best”.
Domain: just register through your host, or if you want full domain name control, Hover.com.
Host: Hostwinds or Squarespace
Code Editor: vim, JetBrains IDEs (for whatever language you want to code in), or VSCode if you don’t despise Microsoft as I do.
Cloudflare sells domains at cost and has pretty easy to use UI.
