FyI you can block the latest reply spam if you are using amethyst with security filters by using the hidden words feature to block "randomuser . me" (without the space).

This is where the profile images of spam accounts are hosted and blocking this URL will block any notes that link to that host including as the profile image.

I'm seeing them too. I "report malware" & block. I wonder if we are able to see which relays they're on and just get off those relays? ##asknostr

I'm on amethyst, I'm seeing them a lot. I believe it's more about the relays letting flow through. but that's just what I've read.
