Run 10m do 5 jump squats each end

For 10 rounds

Run 10m do 5 pushups each end

For 8 rounds

Lunge 10 m / run back to marker

For 6 rounds

Run 10m do 5 star jumps each end

For 4 rounds

Run 10 m do 50 pulse crunch at the top and 25 reverse crunch at the home market

For 2 rounds
