If progress stalls do not be afraid to take rest days. Rest is necessary. Stimulate different muscle groups on alternating days if necessary.
Diet is 90% of the equation. Cut out the carbs, grains, msg, sweeteners, thickeners, & veg oils. Stop consuming alcohol. Focus primarily on eating plenty of meat & eggs. Expect a few weeks of carb withdrawal & gut disruption, most normie "food" is basically drugged. The withdrawal is pretty rough.
