Of course you can, but bitcoin blocks are not nearly as easy to hit as monero blocks so there isn't much use for it. Pooled mining is necessary for decentralization anyway. Sorry the very first and most popular currency was not built with base layer privacy good enough for any imbecile to use. Although everyone claims Bitcoin has no privacy but no one knows who Satoshi is. Figures.
