You’re an inspiration. Congrats! I rarely post there these days, but unfortunately it’s still where the majority of my peers and professional network convene. Spent 20 years now building connections through Meta, the only thing of any value there at this point. A shame they’ve got us locked in the garden. Trying to find the best rhetoric to onboard folks here. The sooner the better.
It does hurt to kill 5k followers and 5k "friends" (but only bff 😁)... but it's a delibarate decision (waiting for 3 years now).
Respect. It almost sounds superficial, but man it took many miles on tour to build so many authentic connections. Nothing was from content creation. I still want to show up and meet good people where they’re at - but the exodus is inevitable. Onward!
